Made specifically to pair with food. Single vineyard, vine-dried Shiraz, grown on our estate is rich and powerful. Full bodied and full flavour, the persistent palate is velvety smooth and long lasting.


Tasting Notes

Deep, dense impenetrable ruby colour, concentrated and youthful. A light smoky bouquet from use of French oak from maturation, coupled with ripe blackberries and blackcurrants, with spiciness from cloves, pepper and liquorice. A smooth, rich and full-bodied wine seamlessly rounded on the palate with juicy, vibrant black fruits, vanilla and hints of exotic spices.

Bright, vibrant, attractive purple colour. An enticing, aromatic bouquet of black and red berries, with a good dollop of spice and a hint of forest floor aromas. Starting with just a hint of fruit sweetness on the front palate, it leads on to lashings of lovely, rich, red berry flavours, good acidity and extremely
elegant tannins on the long, lingering finish, making it a delightful wine. This wine has the body and depth of character to happily match almost any meat or vegan dish you care to choose other than lighter style entrées which it would overpower.
