On the run between our three South Australian vineyards, we collude with our vines to deliver the goods on ultimate varietal expression.
We’re constantly scheming about rejuvenating our beautiful Murray wetlands too – for which the authorities have already chased us down an award! Enjoy with your last meal or in isolation.
A wine worth breaking out for – the perfect partnership – Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Enjoy this full bodied wine, stuffed with characters of blue berries, plums and blackcurrant with visitors and saucy helpings.

Worth Breaking Out
REGION Riverland, South Australia
CLOSURE Screw cap
Titratable Acidity 6.3
FRUIT 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot
Picked in the cool of the evening at optimal ripeness, the wine was tank fermented to dry to maintain fruit intensity and freshness with the judicious influence of French oak.
Deep cherry red colour with magenta hues.
Blackberry and mint are woven together with the soft perfume of violets.
A sessional style that craves conversation. The juicy palate combines the best of the two varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon provides the black fruits and structure, while Merlot kicks in the ripe plums and softness. The tannins pucker at the finish in the most pleasant way and carefully selected French oak is apparent in the lingering finish.
Match to Angus burgers, Beef cheek, wood-oven pizza and schnitzel.
