Our Semillon is picked from low yielding mature vines which provide rich mouthfeel and flavour with suppleness and structure. Sauvignon Blanc in blended to provide the herbaceous lift and picked early evening in order to maintain the clarity in the fruit in cooler parts of the day.
The wines are fermented together in stainless steel tanks, to ensure a seamless integration between the two varieties which lifts the floral flavour profile.
Colour Pale lemon green.
Nose Bright notes of citrus blossom and lime.
Palate Zesty citrus and guava with hints of lemon curd are refreshing and persistent. Floral notes of lavender and with herbal Angelica spice complex the fruit profile.
Food Pairing: Serve well chilled with seafood and fresh salad.
