In the 1850s, Paddy Devlin ran a wine shanty. Peddling wine to weary cattlemen who passed through the vineyard property.
The vineyard remains today, replanted and rejuvenated.

WINEMAKING
Picked in the cool of the evening at optimal ripeness, the wine was tank fermented to dry to maintain fruit intensity and freshness with the judicious influence of French oak.
COLOUR
Deep dark cherry red with a bright magenta hue.
AROMA
Ripe blackberry and blackcurrant fruits are woven together with cedar spice and a touch of vanilla.
PALATE
Full bodied with a smooth suppleness and persistent finish. Lively fresh berries flavours are well suited to many dishes or as an after work tipple.
FOOD
Match to chargrilled beef, vegetarian pizza or slow cooked curries.
