At optimal ripeness, the premium Shiraz fruit was picked in the cool of the evening. Tank fermented to dry, this allowed fruit intensity and freshness of the grape to shine. The with the judicious influence of French oak, the finished wine is supple and persistent.
Deep purple with a red hue
Ripe strawberry and blackberry fruits are harmoniously supported by cedar spice and vanillin oak characters.
This Private Selecetion Shirazis medium to full-bodied and richly flavoured with berry fruits. The savoury notes make it a perfect companion to red meats and game or just as comfortable as a mid-week evening drink.
