2017 was a cool, late and long vintage.
A cool vintage with slow, even ripening conditions created wines of consistency and smooth flavour retention.
The balance in style and weight throughout is a testament to a vintage where we were fortunate to dodge trying conditions, such as hail, and achieve exceptional quality as a result.
Pale gold in colour with brilliant clarity.
Ripe tropical and citrus blossom complexed with a hint of toast and fresh herbs.
Refined with elegant flavours of grapefruit, baked lime cheesecake and freshly cut cantaloupe.
The texture is at once generous and zippy with the combined strengths of each variety collaborating in harmony.
Perfect with seafood both fresh and chargrilled, some delicate desserts and soft cheese. Vegan
