Vine-dried Shiraz is blended with fermented estate Shiraz to create the DOUBLE PASS, which gives this classic variety a more juicy twist.

Winemaking Vine-dried grapes from our estate block 46, were fermented into concentrated flavour and richness. The partially raisined fruit, with integrated fruit sugars, acid and tannins, was then passed back over already fermented Shiraz. The result is complexity, layered with intriguing characters for a well balanced and lingering palate.
Deep magenta in colour.
Ripe raspberry and blackberry fruits with hints of violets.
Medium-bodied and lingering, the concentration of flavours combine spiced fruit cake, blackcurrant and plum.
Supported by silky tannins and cedary French oak influence.
Chargrilled steaks, smokey wok fried noodles and rich tomato based sauces.
