Picked in the cool of the evening at optimal ripeness, the wine was tank fermented to dry to maintain fruit intensity and freshness. Benefitting from the influence of French oak the wine was then bottled to preserve the fresh fruit flavours from the vine to the glass. The 2018 vintage was drier than usual and lower than average in yield size. Quality was excellent and concentration of flavours and acid balance very good.

AROMA Excellent aromas of ripe tropical and stone fruits with a hint of green apple and vanilla.
PALATE Smooth and full-bodied, the ripe fruits of peach, citrus and plush cantaloupe are balanced with creamy vanillin oak.
