In the 1850s, Paddy Devlin ran a wine shanty. Peddling wine to weary cattlemen who passed through the vineyard property.
The vineyard remains today, replanted and rejuvenated.

Picked in the cool of the evening at optimal ripeness, the wine was tank fermented to dry to maintain fruit intensity and freshness.
Benefitting from the influence of French oak the wine was then bottled to preserve the fresh fruit flavours from the vine to the glass.
Pale straw with a green tinge.
Excellent aromas of ripe tropical and stone fruits with a hint of green apple and lime.
Smooth and full-bodied, the ripe fruits of peach, citrus and plush canteloupe are balanced with creamy vanillin oak.
