In the 1850s, Paddy Devlin ran a wine shanty. Peddling wine to weary cattlemen who passed through the vineyard property.
The vineyard remains today, replanted and rejuvenated.

Picked in the cool of the evening at optimal ripeness, the wine was tank fermented to dry to maintain fruit intensity and freshness with the judicious influence of French oak.
Deep dark cherry red with a bright magenta hue.
Ripe raspberry and strawberry fruits are woven together with cedar spice and a touch of vanilla.
Full bodied with a smooth suppleness and persistent finish. Lively fresh berries flavours are well suited to many dishes or as an after work tipple.
Match to chargrilled beef, vegetarian pizza or slow cooked curries or for when you simply put your feet up.
