We’re constantly scheming about rejuvenating our beautiful Murray wetlands too – for which the authorities have already chased us down an award! Enjoy with your last meal or in isolation.
Made in the vineyard to enhance our natural flavours. Semi vine-dried fruit from Block 46 blended with its accomplice, the already fermented Shiraz, has ripe blackberry flavours and silky tannins.

FRUIT Shiraz - Semi vine-dried blended with regular Shiraz.
WINEMAKING
This DOUBLE PASS™ Shiraz was semi-dried on our vines then fermented into a concentration of flavour and richness.
Traditional Shiraz was then passed over the semi-dried to create the DOUBLE PASS™.
The result is full bodied dark berry fruits and juiciness much like those with a criminal mind.
COLOUR
Dark inky red with black edges
AROMA
Ripe raspberry and blackberry fruits with spiced fruit cake and hint of violets.
PALATE
A rich and full bodied wine with blackcurrant and plum flavours.
Round and approachable, the fruit flavours are complexed by hints of dried herbs; it is supported by cedar oak, silky tannins and a persistent finish.
