Picked in the cool of the evening at optimal ripeness, the wine was tank fermented to dry to maintain fruit intensity and freshness with the judicious influence of French oak. The 2019 vintage was cool even ripening for balanced flavour development.
Deep red with magenta hue.
Ripe red fruits of raspberry and strawberry are woven together with cedar spice and a touch of vanilla.
Full bodied with a smooth suppleness and persistent finish. Ripe berries and savoury characters consistent throughout.
