COLOUR Concentrated yet youthful and vibrant ruby.
NOSE A light smoky bouquet, showcasing the use of French oak, coupled with ripe plums and damsons with a side note of spiciness from cloves and liquorice.
PALATE Smooth, rich and especially full-bodied. Rounded on the palate with juicy, vibrant fruit and hints of exotic spices of damsons, pepper, vanilla, blackberries and blackcurrants. It’s an intense wine with all the concentrated fruit you could wish for.
FOOD PAIRING Best consumed with red meat: a great Wagyu steak will compliment it beautifully.
