Made from our single vineyard fruit, grown on rocky limestone soils. Minimal intervention allowed the natural varietal expression of the Riesling, and its time on yeast lees, to shine.
Colour Pale straw with golden hue.
Nose Vibrant stone fruits of nectarine and peach with zesty tropical
fruits and creamy vanilla bean.
Palate Slippery and long lasting on the palate, this well rounded and full bodied wine has the partial time oaked in seasoned French barrels. Tangy peach and lime have a vanilla cream
finish.

Chargrilled fish, buttered lobster, garlic prawns or roasted fowl, gnocchi with sage butter.
