Shiraz Grenache combine to create a delicious blend of flavour.  Delicate florals mix with ripe berries and earthy notes in a medium bodied palate.

WINEMAKING

The richness of the fruit in its natural state meant that minimal intervention was required in the winery.  Kept separate these parcels were left on skins for some time in order to develop the keen tannin structure, then fermented in stainless steel with the influence of French oak for complexity.

Brick red in colour with a magenta hue

AROMA

Aromas of raspberry and blackberry with a lifted floral note. 

PALATE
A medium bodied palate with spicy oak characters finishing with supple tannins. To be enjoyed on its own or with roasted root vegetables, pizza or cold meats.
