WINEMAKING Harvest at optimum timing capturing full fruit potential. Fermented on skins for 10 days and carefully monitored to allow a fermenting regime of 24 to 28 degrees. Seasoned, house select French oak is used in the maturation of this smooth well balanced shiraz.
COLOUR Deep ruby red with purple hue.
AROMA Wild mixed aromas of blue and black berries, with creamy vanillin French oak.
