Double Pass Shiraz
Double Pass Shiraz is created in the blending of two parcels of estate grown fruit.
Vine dried grapes, which have richly textured and powerful complexity are fermented and then blended with already fermented estate Shiraz to create the Double Pass.
Ripe blackberry fruits and silky tannins are alive with richness. Best served with sauce-laden meats and dishes with abundant flavours.

Winemaking Vine-dried grapes from our estate block 46, were fermented into concentrated flavour and richness. The fruit started to bag and pucker, created integrated fruit sugars, acid and tannins,. It was then passed back over already fermented Shiraz. The result is full-bodied complexity, layered with intriguing characters for a well balanced and lingering palate. Vegan Friendly
Colour Deep magenta in colour.
Nose Ripe raspberry, spiced plum and red berries with hints of violets.
Palate Full and lingering, the concentration of flavours combine spiced fruit cake and plum.
Supported by silky tannins and French oak.
Food Pairing: Chargrilled steaks, smoky wok fried noodles and rich tomato based sauces.
