This Moscato is bursting with fresh fruit flavours, with a tingle of spritz. Lemon sherbert and musk, with a hint of apple, is suited to enjoy with fresh fruit, cheese and desserts of all styles.
Perfect served chilled for any occasion.
The subtley of the fruit in its natural state meant that minimal intervention was required in the winery. Separate parcels were left on skins for some time in order to develop the keen tannin structure, then fermented in stainless steel with some French oak influence.
