Tasting Notes

The 2023 vineyard growing season was longer due to above average rainfalls with cooler daytime temperatures. This extended the time it took to ripen the fruit, which allowed for even maturity and balanced ripening.

Chardonnay from our Scotts Creek vineyard was hand selected for this Blanc de Blanc, benefiting from our limestone soils in the estate grown vineyard. Fermented cooler to maintain freshness and balance to deliver a fresh and vibrant style.
